Eligibility:
- Eligible boundaries can be found at https://estatement.heartofiowa.net/buildout/ in yellow on the map. Drawing is open to legal residents within the project boundaries who are 18 years or older. Participants must sign up to get a fiber drop buried to an eligible address to be entered into the drawing.
- Limit one entry per service address. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
- Employees of Heart of Iowa, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period:
- The drawing ends and entries must be received no later than 5 :59 p.m. on July 12, 2025.
Prize:
- One (1) Apple iPad will be awarded. 11-inch, A16 chip, Liquid Retina Display, 128GB, Wi-Fi 6, 12MP Front/12MP Back Camera, Touch ID, All Day Battery Life, Silver.
- The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution will be made.
Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
- The drawing will be conducted on Monday, July 14, 2025 by Heart of Iowa or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final and binding.
Notification:
- The winner will be notified by phone after the drawing.
- If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was made, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.representatives, whose decisions are final and binding.
Publicity:
- By entering the drawing, participants agree to allow Heart of Iowa to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation. Call the business office if you would like to opt out of this drawing.
